Having your equipment properly maintained will allow you to minimize downtime increasing resident safety and comfort.
Fuel & Rupture Basin Tank Testing
Diesel fuel degradation and contamination is not only a hidden threat but one of the main causes of generator failure. Few people realize that unlike gasoline, bacteria can actually grow and spread in diesel fuel. Therefore diesel fuel requires regular testing for contamination. Our specialized ASTM Fuel testing service exists to identify a fuel issue that can potentially put your generator at risk. Rupture basin testing is used to identify any possible fuel tank integrity issues or leaks. Catching this early will help us eliminate any possible hazardous environmental side effects and will keep contaminants from entering the fuel. Based on the results of these tests we are able to identify and treat any contaminants, water, or microbial growth in the fuel or tank before they can cause a failure. Regular testing not only keeps you compliant but will help ensure your fuel will be ready to go when needed.
Load Bank Tests
Regularly load banking your generators not only keeps you in compliance with state requirements, it also ensure that your generators are ready for the demanding loads they can be required to handle during an emergency. Therefore a load bank simulates the conditions your generator will face during a power outage. A proper load bank schedule requires a 2 hour load bank every year and a 4 hour Load bank every 3rd year. Load banking for diesel units is especially important, as it reduces wet stacking which commonly occurs in diesel generators when they are run or exercised under 30% load. Properly load banking your generators will extend their service life and therefore will ensure they are able to meet the demanding requirements when called upon.

Spare Parts Kits & More
Having the right parts on hand can be the difference between a quick fix and hours of downtime. We offer spare parts kit, copies of manuals, and other critical components so your facility can respond instantly to any generator issue. Combined with our expert support these kits help you stay powered and compliant with NFPA requirements.
Keep your generators ready and your patients safe.
